Bug is a movie that stalks you on two levels. Throughout the movie after Peter Evans (Shannon) shows up and gets hooked up in Agnes White’s (Judd) life, you never know if the thing that Peter is constantly talking about is real or not. What’s he ranting about? Aphids. Yup, insects. He thinks they're in his body. It seems that he was a government guinea pig injected with an “experiment” but he escaped and now the government mules are after him to see how the experiment is cooking along. The second take on the movie is that Peter is a delusional schizoid who needs to be taken back to the rubber room to be fitted for a tailor made straight-jacket! He spends the rest of the movie brainwashing or convincing (depending on how you may take it) Agnes into believing him. Pretty soon Agnes is infested too, scratching away like a mad hatter with sores all over her body. Things get really tense when Dr. Sweet comes over to Agnes’s run down hotel room to convince her that taking Peter in is the right idea. Even then, Dr. Sweet doesn’t explain one way or the other what’s going on exactly! Poor Agnes has her problems as well, with a little boy of hers that’s been lost for ten years. She also ran off her lesbian lover R.C. because she didn’t believe in the aphids. Also, her ex-con boyfriend is out of the pen and invading her life. She’s also a substance abuser. This movie is a smorgasbord of a range of personalities, problems, and final solutions. Don’t miss the mind screw!

	Peter shows R.C. and Agnes his "proof" that aphids are in his body and feasting on him.
Peter takes his beliefs a step further and rips out a tooth with Vice-Grips to get at an insect egg sack.
	Dr. Sweet comes to try and get Peter to come back to the hospital and be treated.
Dr. Sweet and Peter go head to head with devestating results.
