Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers are creatures that live under the streets of New York. They love human flesh of course! When some nuclear waste workers go down into man-holes to secretly work the monsters wipe them out and start to come to the surface for a little chow. Orbiting around this hungry monsters vs. humans scenario is a story of high level corruption, hidden agendas, and missing homeless people. Whose fault is it that the monsters are down there? The big time muckety-mucks, that’s who! It takes a cop, a good hearted Reverend, and a photographer who works on gritty homeless people pictorials to figure out exactly what’s going on!
