A New York cop investigates a series of murders (of various means) that end up with the killers repeating the movie title mantra. The cop has deep faith, so this really shakes him, but he's determined to figure this out. Add a Christ-like figure, virgin births other than Mary's, and alien abduction and you have yourself a movie you may need a bottle of extra strength Excedrin to figure out.
