Horror Movies And Characters!
In the movie, scientists and soldiers co-exist in an underground facility while the dead are running around above ground around the fenced in compound. The scientists are looking for an answer and possible cures (or at least a way to control the zombies) while the paranoid, fight or flight soldiers know exactly what they would do: blow them away! The good Doctor Logan, who seems a little crazed and wacked out, is doing experiments on captured zombies to see what makes them tick. Aside from cutting them up, he also performs "re-education" experiments on them to try and awaken their memories to try and make them docile so, darn it!, they will just quit trying to eat the non-dead. This is where Bub comes in to the picture. Chained to a wall in the facility, Bub is on display like a trained animal. Most horror movies and characters can be fairly one dimensional, especially when it comes to the monsters. Not so with Bub! Under Dr. Logan's guiding hand, Bub learns to appreciate classical music, how to handle guns, and to understand rudimentary prompts from Logan. Apparently, Bub was a soldier himself in his previous life, because he has a fascination with handguns and saluting. You can almost see a dim light go on in Bub's head. Dr. Logan rewards Bub for his good efforts with cut up flesh. Who's flesh? Soldier flesh! Well, when Capt. Rhodes finds out about Logan feeding his men to Bub, all hell breaks loose! Capt. Rhodes hates the scientists and the zombies anyway, and this little tidbit makes him go awol mentally! We won't give the ending away, but this movie was banned in three countrys when it came out! See the movie if you can and in the dark. It will paralyze you in fear!
