In Return Of The Living Dead Necropolis, that bad old Trioxin gas shows up again, but not in the United States. This time, the canisters are at the deserted Chernobyl Nuclear Plant in Russia. A greedy, manipulative employee (played here by a constantly grinning Peter Coyote!) of Hybra-Tech gets his hands on the canisters so he can build a race of super soldier zombies. The big mistake he makes is grabbing accident victims from emergency rooms at hospitals for his sick experiments at Hybra-Tech, one of which is his nephew Julian's good friend Zeke. Zeke wiped his motorcycle out trying to make a jump and got knocked out. He wakes up at Hybra-Tech where his friend Katie sees him on the security monitor, where she moonlights as a guard. His friends rally and decide to go get him. Personally, I thought Zeke was a complete jerk! I would've left his butt at Hybra-Tech! Anyway, as a result of their trip there, they mistakenly release the hordes of hungry zombie experiment subjects not to mention the two super soldier zombie prototypes. Did I mention that the two super soldiers are Julian's dead mom and dad? Thanks, Uncle Charles, your deviousness knows no bounds! Good thing the kids run into an armory full of automatic weapons because the rest of the movie turns into a Scooby Doo clip of teenagers escaping, shooting, and kung-fu-ing the hell out of zombies!
