The Creeps can best be described as a horror/comedy. When scientist Winston Berber steals a first edition Frankenstein manuscript from a rare book library, Anna the librarian hires a detective to find him so she can get the book back. It seems that Berber wants the book to help him bring back the classic monster along with the Mummy, Wolfman and Dracula. When Berber comes back for the Dracula manuscript, he stuns Anna with a shock gun and takes her back to the lab to be the final equation for the experiment. The detective shows up in time to help her escape just as Berber throws the switch! The result is that the four monsters are only three feet tall, and pissed about it! Led by the strong willed and mouthy Dracula, the crew spends the rest of the film trying to get back Anna so they can finish the experiment correctly. Dracula is very funny in this movie!! Other then that, this is a very strange movie, quite possibly put together by people dropping acid. This movie I rate as a suds movie, as in, get a six pack of beer to drink while watching 80 minutes of mindless bliss! (Hey, what do you expect from Full Moon?)
