The Evil Of Frankenstein tells the never ending story of Baron Frankenstein's research into creating life armed with his superior brain and a few dead body parts. Everywhere he goes, however, he is hounded by small minded villagers who just can't understand the monstrosities that the good Baron creates. Eventually they find the monster and destroy it! This time is different, though. After being attacked in his lab by the local priest, Frankenstein and his trusty, honorable, and upright assistant Hans leave for the Baron's old hometown Karlstaad, where he got run out of some ten years before for doing much the same "experiments" as before. The Baron and Hans run into a beggar girl who is mute. She takes them to a mountain cave where they find the Baron's old monster frozen in ice. Frankenstein thought he was dead! Enthused, Frankenstein, Hans, and the girl haul the creature back to his castle lab so they can revive him. Of course, they succeed, and, of course, the whole thing goes downhill when a hypnotist from the town carnival takes control of the monster's mind and makes him a puppet to do his dirty work. The dirty work is stealing gold from town late at night and punishing the local burgomaster and the rest of the law enforcement. Punishment to the monster is beating them to a pulp until they stop breathing! The Baron may have an advanced mind, but as far as common sense in dealing with the locals, he's downright stupid!
