Undead is a good zombie film. It's a typical survival situation like most zombie flicks, but what makes this one so good is that the actors are Aussies, but because of the accent the lines that they all utter come across as hilarious. In a small fishing village life goes on as slow as the day before until meteors start falling to earth and blasting through folks, turning them into flesh eating zombies. A band of catty townies band together in the local nut bag’s farmhouse and fight it out for survival: Rene (Miss Catch Of The Day), Marion (The whole town thinks his zombie fish story was just crazy), Wayne and Sallyanne (pilot and his girlfriend), and the foul-mouthed, know it all constable Harrison and his weary partner Molly. The constable is the best character in this movie! If he's not shrilling like a girl in fear from the attacking zombies, he's bullying the other survivors. I clapped with joy when he expired. Anyway, the group finds out that there's a wall built around the town. Something strange is going on here, something weirder then zombie infestation!
