A 70's Flick,,,..Anybody Know?

I only remember fragments of a movie from the 70's. A little girl, basically a bad seed, is at a basketball game and makes the ball explode before the ball makes to the basket. in another scene, she makes a birthday gift transform into a gun... and yet another, there are a group of people on a roof top with shaved heads, dressed in white i believe, sitting in rows of chairs. if anyone knows what the hell i'm talking about, could someone e-mail me... olea1@verizon.net or adam666.com@gmail.com

Is it The Godsend (not the one with Robert DeNiro). I think it came out in the '80's though.
