70,s TV movie I assume seems like it was on yearly, A missing or dead kid keeps apparently calling home, meanwhile someone is knocking off people also. Is it him?

I think the movie was "Charlie"

I think you are talking about a movie that came on CBS. It may have been one of those movie specials. I think it was called "Charlie". The boy would call and ask if he could come home because he was cold? or something like that. People would hear him and end up dead. The name Charlie should ring a bell because if I remember correctly that was his name. I hope that helps you in your search.

I can remember an episode of Twilight Zone where the main character was dead but didn't know it and she called home . . . but one where murders were being committed at the same time stumps me.
