Help?!

When I was about 9, this would have been around 77, 78, or 79, and I am guessing here. There was a movie on tv and all I really remember about it is a woman is killed when her horse and carriage turns over. I then remember that her head is in a small square tank of liquid and her body is in a longer tank. If anyone has a guess as to what this movie is, please let me know. Thanks!

It IS Frankenstein: The True Story circa 1973 - I loved it as a kid - the woman you refer to was Jane Seymour in the tank!

It SOUNDS like one of the Hammer films, probably one of the Frankenstein series, but I am guessing at the moment. I'm sure someone will have the answer!
