Lady in red

I must to keep this beautiful red dress pristine.
Wonderful movie! Sister Hyde/Jill the Ripper terrorizes Hammer’s Universal’s version of late 19th century London. She is deliciously evil and sets, costumes and photography are wonderful, so is the score. Sleaze fans are bored witless with this scarlet-dressed villainess (although hypocrite Jekyll is more charmless to me) but I enjoyed it a lot. |
