what's this zombie movie?

i'm looking for this zombie movie from around the 1970's...maybe 80's. The only scene I remember is of a young girl, scratched or bitten, is waiting in a truck with her father while another man goes in a building to check things out. Upon his return, he sees the young girl, now turned zombie, eating her father's heart that she just ripped out! Then the guy vomits outside the truck.
That's all i remember, but i'd really like to see it again! Can anyone help with a title?
