Looking for a movie

I believe it was a 70's horror movie (watched it at a drive-in around 1976-77). I remember it was in color and it was about some killer leeches. The only part that really sticks out in my mind is when a girl is getting into a bathtub and she was letting the water run and unknown to her this leech comes out of the tap and into the water and swims up into her (you know what) and kills her. I was young and it scared the bejesus out of me.
