The house at 3385 nine mile rd, Cin, Oh. is no longer there. In the late 70’s my family lived there as caretakers to the summer house of Mr. and Mrs. Seasongood. (He was over 100 when he passed) In the late 60’s two young ladies were stabbed to death in the upstairs of the house. The 2nd floor was closed up. In the early 70’s the wife and son of Dennis S., was killed pulling out of the drive way. (Mr. S just passed on in the past year at his late parent’s house on nine mile) While we lived there at times the voice of a child could be heard from time to time, on a couple occasions weird laughs were heard in the main front room on the 2nd fl. Different, strange, but not overly bad things happened there. In early 81 we moved out and my late sister Donna and her family took over. One night me and my friend Dave H. watched her kids. It was winter and we saw a person pass two of the windows. We called the peirce police who sent an officer. He found foot prints around the house in the snow, but just around the place. None up to or away from the place. He couldn’t explain it. My sister moved after one evening someone stomped across the up stairs room above the kitchen, slammed the up stairs bathroom door and we checked the latch lock; was used but no one in the bathroom. The state got the property from Mrs. Hoffmyer, the Seasongood’s daughter and burned down the house a couple yrs ago. I took my niece and her husband and 2 of our friends to the sight. It was a warm night and the ole driveway is still there. While going toward the ole house it got ice cold; each of us could feel it; it was like crossing an unseen line where it happened. If u go there, watch out for park rangers. Go about120 ft up the ole driveway, on the left look sharp and you’ll see where the driveway turned in. Go about 60, 65 ft in to the woods. U will find abit of broken concrete. That’s the outside patio and the house sight.
